2-DG को मिली DCGI की मंजूरी, DRDO द्वारा तैयार की गयी हैं यह दवाई|
2-DG जोकि एक Anti-Covid Drug है, DCGI के द्वारा इस ड्रग को मंजूरी दे दी गयी हैं| इस एंटी-कोविड़ ड्रग को DRDO के द्वारा तैयार किया गया हैं| इस कोविड़ की दवा को इमर्जेन्सी इस्तेमाल की मजूरी मिल चुकी हैं| 2-DG Anti Drug के विषय में अधिक जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए इस पोस्ट को पूरा पढ़े|
2-DG Anti-Covid Drug क्या हैं 2-DG?
- 2-DG एक Anti-Covid Drug है जिसे DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation) के द्वारा डेवलप किया गया है| इस दवा को Institute of Nuclear Medicine & Allied Sciences (INMAS) और Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB ) द्वारा साथ मिलकर तैयार किया गया हैं|
- इस दवाई को 2-deoxy-D-Glucose का नाम दिया गया हैं| तथा इसका छोटा नाम 2-DG रखा गया हैं|
DCGI के द्वारा 2-deoxy-D-Glucose को मिली मंजूरी:
- बीते 8 अप्रैल के दिन यानि की शनिवार के दिन एक रक्षा मंत्रालय के द्वारा कोरोना से जुडी एक अच्छी जानकारी साझा की गयी जिसमे बताया गया कि “DCGI (Drugs Controller General of India) ने DRDO द्वारा डेवलप की गयी कोरोना वायरस की दवा को इमर्जेन्सी प्रयोग की मंजूरी दे दी हैं|”
- जिसका अर्थ है कि कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमित मरीज को गंभीर लक्षण की स्थिति इलाज के लिए इस दवा का प्रयोग करने की अनुमति मिल गयी हैं|
दवा का क्लीनिकल ट्रायल्स:
- जब DRDO द्वारा तैयार की गयी इस दवा का क्लीनिकल ट्रायल्स किया जा रहा था तो यह उनमे सफल हुई| और इसके अलावा जिन मरीजों पर इस Anti-Covid Drugs का ट्रायल किया गया उनमे रिकवरी रेट तीव्र था|
- इसके अलावा ट्रायल किये गए मरीजों की जो ऑक्सीजन निर्भरता थी वह भी घट गयी थी| जिसका मतलब है की यह दवा न केवल मरीजों को ठीक करती है बल्कि उनके एक्स्ट्रा ऑक्सीजन की निर्भरता को भी घटा देती हैं|
2-DG एंटी ड्रग मैन्युफैक्चरिंग:
- इस दवा की विनिर्माण या मैन्युफैक्चरिंग का कार्य Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories को सौंपा गया हैं| मतलब की इस दवा का निर्माण Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories द्वारा किया जायेगा|
- Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories हैदराबाद स्थित एक फार्मास्यूटिकल कम्पनी हैं|
2-DG एंटी ड्रग के विषय में अन्य जानकारी:
- इस दवा की एक खास बात यह हैं कि यह पाउडर के फॉर्म में है| और यदि कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमित किसी व्यक्ति को यह दवा देनी हो तो इसे पानी के साथ घोलकर दिया जाता हैं|
- दवा को पीने के पश्च्यात यह वायरस द्वारा संक्रमित कोशिकाओं में जमा हो जाती हैं| साथ ही यह एनर्जी और सिन्थेसिस प्रोडक्शन कर वायरस को बढ़ने नहीं देती|

The UK may approve the Covid-19 vaccine manufactured by the Pfizer company.
The possibility of the Covid-19 vaccine being approved by the United Kingdom has increased. And according to the British government, the Covid-19 vaccine produced by Pfizer may be approved in the United Kingdom ( UK ). Read this post to get more information.
Covid-19 Vaccine by Pfizer Approval by UK for Covid-19 vaccine:
- In one of his statements, a UK economist mentioned some things related to Corona. And in the meantime, he also mentioned that the Covid-19 vaccine could be approved in his country.
- And the vaccine he mentions in his statement is a vaccine manufactured by an American company. The name of this company is Pfizer. Who recently completed their vaccine trials.
- However, the United States and the rest of Europe have not talked about the vaccine vaccine in any way. And they have not even mentioned whether they would approve the vaccine produced by Pfizer.
- The UK government has also confirmed that they have received approval from MHRA ( ‘Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency’ ) for this vaccine. MHRA is Britain’s “Department of Health and Social Care”.
- From whom permission has been obtained for this vaccine. And it is also estimated that the vaccine approval was taken on 2 December.
How many people will be given this vaccine:
- This Covid-19 vaccine will be available for the UK. An information about this vaccine is also being told that the company has signed 40 million doses with the UK.
- And the vaccine is available to 20 million people. Because only 2 doses of this vaccine will be given to a person. Based on which the vaccine will be able to reach 20 million people.
